Terms and conditions

This is a translation provided for convenience. Only the German version is legally binding: German version.

§ 1 Scope and provider

These terms apply to all orders in the “Umzugsmappe” shop. Provider and contracting party is Lukas-Domenik Sonnenfeld, Anschrift siehe Impressum, Germany, email: sunfieldshops@gmail.com (“we”). Deviating terms of the customer do not apply. A consumer is any natural person acting predominantly for private purposes (§ 13 BGB).

§ 2 Subject of the contract

We sell digital content (files to download) that is not supplied on a tangible medium. Content, format, system requirements, product language and right of use are stated on the respective product page.

Countries: we sell to customers in all EU countries and in Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, the USA and Canada. We currently do not sell to consumers in the United Kingdom; businesses from the United Kingdom can order. The products are in German.

§ 3 Conclusion of contract

(1) The presentation of products in the shop is not a legally binding offer but an invitation to order.

(2) Ordering process: on the product page you choose “Order now”, check the order summary, enter your name, email address and country, state whether you are ordering as a private individual or a business, confirm your consent to immediate delivery and that you have read the terms and cancellation policy, and click one of the order buttons “Order with obligation to pay – PayPal” or “Order with obligation to pay – card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, SEPA & more” (payment via Stripe). You thereby make a binding offer. Until that click you can correct your entries or cancel the order at any time.

(3) The contract is concluded when we confirm the order by email or send you the download link, but no later than three working days after receipt of your order.

(4) The contract language is German; this English version is a translation. We store the order data; you can view and save these terms on this page at any time. You receive the order data and these terms with the confirmation email.

§ 4 Prices and payment

All prices are final prices in euros. VAT exempt under § 19 German VAT Act (UStG) – no VAT is charged. There are no shipping costs. Payment is made, at your choice, via PayPal or via the payment service Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Dublin) using the payment methods offered there, e.g. card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna or SEPA Direct Debit, and is due on conclusion of the contract. If you pay via Stripe, you enter your payment details only on Stripe’s payment page. PayPal converts the amount into your currency if necessary.

§ 5 Delivery

After payment we send a download link to the email address you provided, usually within one working day. The link is valid for at least 30 days. Please save the files permanently after downloading. If the link does not arrive, please get in touch; we will provide it again.

§ 6 Right of use

On full payment you receive a simple, non-transferable right, unlimited in time, to use the content for your own private household and to print it as often as you like for your own use. Passing on, reselling, publishing or offering the files for download is not permitted. Details are in the LIZENZ.txt enclosed with every product.

§ 7 Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a right of withdrawal as set out in the cancellation policy. You can also declare your withdrawal online on the Cancel contract page. For digital content it expires under § 356(5) BGB once we have begun performance of the contract after you have expressly consented and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal, and we have provided you with a confirmation under § 312f BGB.

§ 8 Rights in case of defects and updates

The statutory rights for defects of digital products apply (§§ 327 et seq. BGB). We provide updates where they are necessary to keep the product in conformity with the contract (§ 327f BGB). The programs are planning and organisation aids; they do not replace legal or tax advice.

§ 9 Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health and under the German Product Liability Act. In cases of slight negligence we are only liable for breach of an essential contractual obligation, the fulfilment of which makes the proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on whose observance you may regularly rely; in this case liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. The statutory rights for defects remain unaffected.

§ 10 Dispute resolution

The European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025. We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

§ 11 Final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. For consumers, this choice of law only applies insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which they have their habitual residence. Should individual provisions be invalid, the remainder of the contract remains valid.
