At a flat handover, what counts is what has been put in writing. The kit takes you room by room through eight checkpoints – from walls and floor to plumbing and fittings. For each point you choose “in order”, “defect” or “not present”, describe defects precisely and note the photo number.
The result is a clean A4 report with an automatic list of defects, photo list, meter readings, key handover and signature fields for both sides. A running check shows what is still missing. The enclosed guide explains how to prepare – neutrally and explicitly without legal advice.
