What does the new flat really cost? Compare the monthly costs of both flats, plus the one-off costs of moving in.
€4.90 · Order now
Product language: German The programs, print templates and guide are in German and follow German procedures (registering your address under § 17 BMG, German authorities and providers, the usual German flat handover). They suit anyone moving within Germany who can read German forms.
The new flat is bigger – but what is left at the end of the month? You put basic rent, service charges, electricity, internet, commuting costs and more for both flats side by side. The program shows the difference per month and per year and, if you like, the share of your net income.
You also enter one-off costs such as deposit, furniture and the move itself and see how many months’ worth of costs they equal. A calculation aid using your own figures, not financial advice.
